Workplace Wellness

As a member of the corporate world for almost 20 years, our instructor, Julie, has developed methods of using yoga and mindfulness to combat the challenges we experience in our bodies and minds in the workplace. Now she wants to bring these methods to all workplaces!

We have several offerings for employers seeking a wellness offering to bring to their employees.

Examples of our workplace offerings:

Desk Yoga- a workshop to demonstrate a set of stretches, postures, and breath work that can be done in just a few minutes right at your desk. This workshop is excellent for employers who‘s primary workforce spends most of their day seated at desks or workstations.

Mindfulness and Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety Relief- a workshop or seminar on breath practices and mindfulness practices to assist in relieving stress and easing anxiety in the workplace. Participants will learn specific practices to use during their workday to provide relief during challenging moments.

Awareness in Agitation- A seminar on cultivating awareness practices to during stressful events or workplace conflicts prevent escalation of conflict and reduce stress and tension. Participants will learn methods to center themselves during conflict or stressful situations and approach the situation with mindful actions.
