Individual Private Instruction

Private sessions can be a very rewarding way to deepen your practice and receive one on one instruction tailored to your individual needs. Our private sessions are booked as a series of sessions designed to build upon previous sessions to insure to insure that you receive the maximum benefit from our time together.

Each client will receive an introductory session that includes a basic yoga class and consultation. In this session, we will discover what your yoga needs are and determine which instruction series is right for you.

Introduction to Somatic Mindfulness

Do you feel stuck? Do feelings of stress or anxiety impact your daily life? Do you wish to live a more peaceful life with a regulated nervous system? Somatic Mindfulness might be just what you need!

We often find ourselves feeling stressed or anxious without really knowing why or how to stop those feelings. Utilizing the Stillpoint Method, you will be taught how to recognize the signs and sensations of Nervous System Disregulation and being in “Survival Mode” and learn tools to help you return to regulation and live a more peaceful life.

In this Introduction to Somatic Mindfulness, you will learn how to recognize when you are stuck in Survival Mode and how to bring yourself out through breath practices, gentle movement, and meditation. This workshop will include an introductory session into Somatic Inquiry and practices to help you with nervous system regulation. This is a low movement workshop.

Due to the nature of Somatic Inquiry, this workshop is only recommended for persons 18 years of age and older.

Strong Foundations, Yoga Alignment Workshop

Learn about the proper alignment of several commonly misaligned standing postures and the proper variation for your body. We will be exploring Warriors I and II, Mountain Pose, Triangle Pose, and Chair Pose. No yoga experience necessary!! This class is perfect for beginners to yoga as well as yogis looking to improve their postures.

Participants attending in person will have the opportunity to receive hands on adjustments to their alignment. Hands on adjustments are 100% optional and participants will be required to consent to the adjustments with each posture.

Online participants are highly encouraged to participate in this class in front of a mirror to help them achieve the desired alignment. Cameras are optional for live participants. A replay recording is provided to all registered virtual participants.

Monday Rise and Shine

In this class, we will use stretches, postures, and breath work to warm our bodies and to feel energized and ready for the week. This beginner friendly practice is perfect for yogis of all bodies wherever they are in their practice. This class is most suitable for yogis over 16 years of age. Props and adaptations are offered and encouraged.

Private Rebirthing

Rebirthing is a powerful healing practice rooted in yoga and meditation. It uses breath work, movements, and postures to clear subconscious blocks, and allows you to release old thoughts and memories that create anxiety and fear. In each session, you will be guided through a meditation that is often accompanied by specific movements, postures, and/or breath work. These meditations will allow you to access those subconscious blocks and release them so that you may live a more happy and fulfilled life.

Rebirthing is a very powerful healing tool that has the potential to bring up difficult emotions and memories. It is not recommended if you are experiencing active or recent trauma. It is also recommended that Rebirthing practitioners have in place an active support system (family, friends, professionals) and some type of regular yoga practice or experience. These are things that will assist you in a successful Rebirthing experience.

These Rebirthing sessions are private sessions that may be experienced in person or virtually. Each Rebirthing experience begins with an intake questionnaire to express your interest in Rebirthing and to help us learn a little about you and your experiences. Workplace Wellness

As a member of the corporate world for almost 20 years, our instructor, Julie, has developed methods of using yoga and mindfulness to combat the challenges we experience in our bodies and minds in the workplace. Now she wants to bring these methods to all workplaces!

We have several offerings for employers seeking a wellness offering to bring to their employees.

Examples of our workplace offerings:

Desk Yoga- a workshop to demonstrate a set of stretches, postures, and breath work that can be done in just a few minutes right at your desk. This workshop is excellent for employers who‘s primary workforce spends most of their day seated at desks or workstations.

Mindfulness and Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety Relief- a workshop or seminar on breath practices and mindfulness practices to assist in relieving stress and easing anxiety in the workplace. Participants will learn specific practices to use during their workday to provide relief during challenging moments.

Awareness in Agitation- A seminar on cultivating awareness practices to during stressful events or workplace conflicts prevent escalation of conflict and reduce stress and tension. Participants will learn methods to center themselves during conflict or stressful situations and approach the situation with mindful actions.

For one low price of $10, you will receive access to 3 weekly yoga classes, Sunday Night Reset meditations, pop-up yoga and meditation sessions, yogic philosophy, Somatic Mindfulness and movement explorations, and so much more!
